Smokeless is an app for quickly recording Smoked and Avoided, then reviewing counts and money totals later.

It can be used as support for quitting smoking or as a simple log of your current smoking habits.


1. Check the first tutorial and pack settings

On first launch, after the tutorial you set:

  • Cigarettes per pack
  • Price per pack

With these values set, you can review Smoked and Avoided as money values too.


2. Record from Log

On the center Log screen, you can record the green Avoided and red Smoked buttons with one tap.

  • The green button records 1 avoided cigarette
  • The red button records 1 smoked cigarette
  • If you added multiple brands, you can switch the brand before logging
  • At the top, you can check today’s counts, money conversion, and the elapsed time since the previous record

3. Review today’s records in History

From History in the top-right corner, you can review the list of records for the day.

  • Unneeded records can be deleted
  • Right after deletion, you can restore them with Undo

4. Review by day, month, and year in Calendar

In Calendar at the bottom-left, you can check records by:

  • Day
  • Month
  • Year

For each period, you can review counts and money conversion with a number-focused view.


5. Check recent changes in Charts

In Charts, you can check trends for:

  • Week
  • Month
  • 3 Months

You can review recent changes while looking at Smoked, Avoided, and Smoked avg..


6. Use the home widget

Add the home widget to check today’s Smoked / Avoided totals from the home screen.

You can also log directly from the widget.


7. Adjust Settings

In Settings, you can mainly change:

  • Theme
  • Language
  • Savings currency
  • Cigarettes per pack
  • Price per pack
  • Brand settings (up to 4 brands)
  • Over-smoking alert
  • Remove ads
  • Restart tutorial
  • Support
